• Cuts, packages, wraps, weighs, prices and labels meat per standards.
• Prepares and maintains meat displays to maximize sales.
• Ensures proper rotation, dating, and storage in cases and coolers.
• Maintains sanitation and food safety per policy.
• Assists with ordering, inventory, and markdowns as needed.
• Performs other duties to support store operations.
