Responsibilities

• Open cartons and price items.
• Wrap, weigh and price meat cuts.
• Label packages according to COOL, USDA and Leevers standards.
• Follow Leevers policies including Food Safety, Sanitation and Inventory.
• Ensure displays and case signs are updated and meat is merchandised to maximize sales.
• Maintain proper date rotation for products in the display and coolers.
• Receive, inspect, and store meat to maintain cold chain and quality.
