Qualifications

• 1 year of experience safely using manual pallet jacks, hand tools and power equipment (preferred).
• Successful completion of Leevers Meat Cutter Training Program within three months.
• Food Safety Certification may be required.
• Excellent math and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, packages, wraps, weighs, prices, and labels meat products per standards.
• Prepares, merchandises, and maintains attractive meat displays to maximize sales.
• Ensures proper rotation, dating, and storage in display cases and coolers.
• Receives, inspects, and stores meat deliveries to maintain cold chain and product quality.
• Maintains daily sanitation, food safety, and quality standards per policy.
• Assists with ordering, inventory, markdowns, and scale operations as needed.
• Performs other duties to support store operations.
• This is a non-management position with no hiring authority.
