Food City in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated Meat Department Associate to help cut and merchandise fresh meat, assist with inventory, and ensure product quality and sanitation. The role emphasizes accurate rotation, label dates, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include grinding and slicing meat, aiding in ordering and receiving, maintaining clean work areas, and upholding HACCP standards while supporting a collaborative team dedicated to serving

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.
