The Fresh Market & You is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our Jensen Beach team. You will cut and trim meat and seafood per The Fresh Market standards and assist with inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, and daily operations to ensure the best product and guest experience.

Requirements include 2+ years of meat-cutting experience, 18+, TFMA certification within 90 days, and a passion for extraordinary service.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Certified within TFMA within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Handle production for meat-seafood and related departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items to assist guests.
• Cut, trim and portion various meat and seafood items to TFMS standards.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas to ensure safety and quality.
• Follow receiving, stocking, and unloading procedures to maintain freshness.
