Zusammenfassung

The Fresh Market is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our team in Jensen Beach, FL. You will cut, trim, and prepare meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards, while supporting inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising to deliver the best product and guest experience.

You’ll work early shifts (3 am – 11 am) with a shift differential for overnight hours, and will be part of a team committed to safety, quality, and exceptional service at all times.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Certified within TFMA within 90 days of hire

Aufgaben

• Handle production for Meat-Seafood and other departments as needed
• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items and assist guests across departments
• Cut, slice and trim meat and seafood per TF M standards
• Monitor temperature of cases, spillovers, and storage areas
• Enforce practices for receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries to ensure freshness
• Ensure safety and food safety compliance per TF M policies
