Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests in finding products and meal solutions.
• Handle, slice, and trim meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards; manage quality levels.
• Monitor temperatures of cases and storage areas to ensure freshness and safety.
• Enforce department practices for receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries to ensure quality.
• Ensure safety compliance with food safety policies and laws.
