Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our team and ensure the highest quality meat and seafood products for guests. You will cut, trim, and prepare items to the company standards, while supporting inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising with a guest-first approach.

This full-time role requires early hours (3 am–11 am) with weekend availability and a commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional guest service. TFMA certification within 90 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Meat cutting experience and TFMA certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for Meat-Seafood and Deli-CMS as needed.
• Cut and trim meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and other operational processes.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas to ensure freshness and quality.
• Enforce safety and food safety requirements per TF policy and law.
