Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is hiring a Meat Cutter in Wisconsin. The role is a full-time position in the Windsor facility with a 3:30am–12pm schedule, requiring flexibility for business needs.

You will operate at least one cutting station, perform related admin tasks, and support daily production goals. The candidate should have 1+ year of foodservice production experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively in English (bilingual is a plus).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of foodservice production experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete Cutter and Cutter I checklists per Fortune Meat Room Cutter Handbook.
• Execute daily workload safely, accurately, on-time and on-budget.
• Assist with training other cutters.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the Meat Production Supervisor.
• Support data-driven practices in the meat production room.
• Align with Fortune’s mission, vision and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
