• Maintain a clean work area
• Ensure proper temperatures in cooler, prep area, freezer and cases
• Maintain adequate meat supplies
• Maintain case conditions and rotate products
• Aim for sales, gross profit and minimize shrink
• Direct staff in action plans and goals
• Promote courteous customer service
• Provide support to area stores when staff are absent
