Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Wisconsin is seeking a Meat Production "Cutter" to join our production floor. The role focuses on achieving yield and quality standards while maintaining safety and accuracy, working across areas including packaging and the meat trimming table.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, adhere to department policies, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7am–4pm with some flexibility to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat production or related manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to maintain yield and quality standards while following safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work across different areas of the meat production room.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly production tasks on the meat line, including stock production, packing, and packaging.
• Understand and apply production yield, quality standards, and department policies.
• Model company values and contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment.
• Assist with special assignments and adapt to changes in policy as needed.
• Report concerns promptly and maintain respect for personnel and property.
• Uphold quality, teamwork, relationships, respect, safety, and commitment in daily work.
