Festival Foods in Onalaska, WI is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter for part-time mornings, including weekends. You will cut, trim, wrap, and label meat products, help maintain cleanliness, and assist guests with knowledgeable service. The role supports the Meat Manager and joins a team focused on quality and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience as a butcher or meat cutter in a grocery/retail setting.
• Strong customer focus and guest service orientation.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Knowledge of perishable foods, especially meat.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Expert meat cutting, trimming, wrapping, and portioning to standards.
• Lead on safety, sanitation, and proper inventory in-store.
• Share culinary knowledge of cuts and cooking techniques with guests.
• Maintain display cases and ensure quality, freshness, and labeling.
• Assist in training Utility team members on processing tasks.
• Support team and help drive sales while reducing waste.
