Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a team-oriented meat processing assistant to support daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and ground products. You will follow the production schedule to ensure timely availability of advertised cuts, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes familiarity with weights and measures in meat processing, adherence to sanitation procedures, and experience with product presentation. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Familiar with weights and measures in meat processing.
• Able to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in presentation and packaging of meat products.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.
