Job summary

Meijer in Munroe Falls, OH is seeking a team member to assist with daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind. You will follow the production schedule to ensure the meat cuts meet advertised specs and quality standards.

Experience with weights and measures, safety and sanitation, and packaging is preferred. Familiarity with CAO software and inventory control will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind.
• Follow the production schedule to meet requirements for advertised fresh meat cuts.
• Support team with inventory and quality control as needed.
