The Fresh Market in Destin, FL is seeking a Meat Cutter to cut and trim meat/seafood to The Fresh Market standards and support inventory, pricing, and merchandising to deliver top-quality product and service.

You'll work early shifts from 3 am to 11 am with a $2 differential for overnight hours, and full-time team members may need to adapt to weekends and holidays. TFMA certification due within 90 days of hire.

Qualifikationen

• All of The Fresh Market Meat Cutters must be certified within TFMA within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum requirements include a passion for extraordinary service and 2+ years of meat cutting experience; must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred qualifications include Meat Cutting, Journey Cutting, Culinary and/or Grocery experience and familiarity with production planning software.

Aufgaben

• Handle production for key items to support Meat-Seafood, Deli-CMS, and other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ads; assist guests in finding products and complete meal solutions.
• Cut, trim, and portion prime and premium meats and seafood per TF Markets standards.
• Monitor case temperatures, spillovers, and storage areas to ensure freshness.
• Enforce safety, food safety, and department practices for receiving, stocking, and deliveries.
