Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our team in Tallahassee. You will cut, trim, and prepare meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards, assist with inventory and pricing, and help deliver a first‑class guest experience.

This full‑time role requires early morning hours and a commitment to quality and safety. As part of the Meat Department, you will support multiple stations, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to merchandising and timely service to drive guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Meat Cutter must be certified within TFMA within 90 days of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for Meat-Seafood, Deli, and other departments as needed.
• Slice, cut, and trim meat and seafood per standards and guest requests.
• Maintain case temperatures and storage areas; ensure freshness and quality.
