The Fresh Market in Upper Saucon, PA is seeking a Meat Cutter to cut, trim, and prepare meat and seafood to our standards while aiding inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will work early shifts (3 am–11 am) with weekend flexibility; TFMA certification within 90 days is required to join our team, and strong service focus is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience cutting meat.
• All Meat Cutters must be TFMA certified within 90 days of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Handle production for Meat-Seafood and other departments as needed.
• Cut, trim and prepare a variety of meat and seafood per TFMA standards.
• Assist with inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising.
• Maintain case temperatures and ensure freshness and quality.
• Follow safety procedures and department policies.
