Watsontown Supermarket Inc/ Lingles is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join the team. You will trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, follow in-store guidelines, and execute the meat merchandising plan to drive sales and profitability.

The role requires cutting with knives and power equipment, packaging and displaying meat, stocking inventory, inspecting arrivals, and maintaining strict sanitation standards to ensure high quality products.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using meat cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join the team at our successful store. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for operating the meat department to the high standards set forth by the company. You will trim and prepare standard cuts of meat as specified in-store guidelines and follow the store’s meat merchandising plan. The Meat Cutter’s goal is to drive sales within the meat department and maximize profitability.
