Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Valid Food Handler / Health Card.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor (G.O.A.T).
• Assist customers with meat purchases and services such as slicing, grinding, repackaging, and serving suggestions.
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and adjust pricing for meat products according to policies and weights and measures.
• Maintain adequate stock and proper display of meat products.
• Clean work area and equipment following sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to safety, health, and food handling regulations; operate equipment safely.
• Grind meat and prepare specialty items (kabobs, marinated cuts, etc.).
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of meat products.
