Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience (G.O.A.T).
• Assist customers with purchases and services such as slicing, grinding, repackaging, and serving suggestions.
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and adjust pricing for meat products per company policies and regulations.
• Maintain proper display and rotation of products in cases and deli sections.
• Clean wrapping, scaling, and production equipment following sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to safety, health, and weights & measures regulations and company recipes.
• Grind meat and prepare specialty items like kabobs and marinated cuts.
• Handle meat-cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Order products and inventory as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth department operations.
