Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and service at all times.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Good communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Ability to operate meat processing equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer's shopping experience.
• Assist customers with purchases and services such as slicing, grinding, repackaging, and serving suggestions.
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and adjust pricing for meat products per policies and weights & measures.
• Maintain product rotation and proper display in cases and deli per standards.
• Clean up wrapping, scaling, and equipment per sanitation procedures.
• Follow all safety, health, weights & measures regulations and store recipes.
• Grind meat and prepare specialty items like kabobs and marinated cuts.
• Handle meat products safely and dispose properly.
