Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-case inventory and display per standards; rotate products accordingly.
• Clean working areas and equipment per sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations and recipes.
• Grind meat and prepare specialty items (kabobs, marinated cuts).
• Handle storage and disposal of meat products properly.
• Operate meat-cutting equipment safely; order supplies as needed.
