You will assist shoppers with meat selections, ensure products are fresh, well-stocked, and properly displayed, and support daily department operations including cutting, trimming, packaging, and labeling while following food safety standards. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting moderate weights, and working flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude focused on customer satisfaction and service at all times.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor (G.O.A.T).
• Assist customers with meat purchases and services such as slicing, grinding, repackaging, or providing serving suggestions.
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and adjust pricing for all meat department products per policies and regulations.
• Maintain proper stock and display in cases and deli per standards and schematics.
• Clean up wrapping, scaling, and equipment according to sanitation procedures.
• Handle knives and meat-cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inventory products and supplies as assigned; order as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
