Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

1. Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully. Greet customers and provide them with good quality food.
2. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
4. Make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
5. Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods according to company standards, recipes, and policies.
6. Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality, freshness, and safety.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
8. Keep floors clean, safe, and free of clutter.
9. Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per company and health department policies.
10. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation for merchandise.
11. Properly maintain equipment and facilities following company policies.
12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
13. Operate cash register as per procedures, if applicable.
14. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum
