Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide quality food service promptly and cheerfully.
2. Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
4. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
5. Monitor product quality, freshness, and safety, including temperature checks.
6. Operate cleaning equipment and maintain proper signage and product rotation.
7. Adhere to safety and health regulations, including proper use of equipment and handling of cleaning solutions.
8. Operate cash register as needed.
9. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts and following directions.
10. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
