Job Description

Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide quality food promptly and cheerfully.
• Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain proper signage and product rotation.
• Follow company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
• Operate cash register as needed.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and manage conflicts cooperatively.
