Active Generations in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a part-time Nutrition Program Assistant to support Meals on Wheels intake, enrollment, and data maintenance. You will assist with on-site meal operations and coordinate with the Nutrition & Transportation team to ensure accurate participant information and timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in admin support, customer service, data entry, food service, or related field preferred.
• Experience with older adults, nonprofit organizations, or nutrition services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meals on Wheels intake and enrollment processes.
• Follow up with participants to obtain missing information and support enrollment.
• Communicate with participants regarding routine questions and changes.
• Enter and maintain participant information in Meals on Wheels software.
• Update routes and participant data as needs change.
• Maintain accurate participant records per requirements.
• Provide general admin support to Nutrition & Transportation.
