Responsibilities

• Operate the dish room and serving areas, including preparation and replenishment of hot and cold foods.
• Record temperatures of hot foods, refrigerators and freezers per QA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, labeling and vending machine maintenance.
• Support catering functions: set-up, delivery and retrieval of items.
• Complete daily cleaning schedules for the department and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
