Qualifications

• Strong organization and teamwork; good written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent communication and reliability, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare daily menus, ensuring nutrition and schedule compliance.
• Record items served to maintain accurate records for regulatory requirements.
• Estimate and order supplies, manage inventory and equipment needs.
• Step in for the cook as needed to maintain service continuity.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation, monitor temperatures and portions.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment; keep a safe work environment.
• Receive and store inventory with proper dating and storage.
