Job summary

Community First Solutions seeks a Meals on Wheels Coordinator to organize and oversee timely, safe, and accurate meal deliveries for clients, while maintaining precise records and coordinating with care managers and drivers.

You will manage client data, route planning, and communications to ensure excellent service and compliance with program guidelines. The role starts as part-time with a starting wage of $14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Time management and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate typing and computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create and print monthly COA approved menu for delivery to clients and Meals Drivers.
• Maintain/input client choice menus and zones in the Servtracker system.
• Monitor and report accurate client information for Elderly Services Program and PASSPORT.
• Manage client/care manager calls and emails.
• Communicate with Culinary about menus and client concerns.
• Ensure coordination between Transportation and Meals Drivers for smooth operations.
• Maintain and teach the Servtracker Mobile App.
• Run daily route sheets and delivery details reports.
• Drive and deliver meals as needed for training.
• Follow procedures to ensure compliance with government and agency guidelines.
