Community First Solutions seeks a Meals on Wheels Coordinator to organize and oversee timely, safe, and accurate meal deliveries for clients, while maintaining precise records and coordinating with care managers and drivers.

As a Meals on Wheels Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in coordinating meal services, supporting clients and care managers, and ensuring meals are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate client information, coordinating delivery routes, managing communications, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Meals on Wheels program. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service make a meaningful difference every day. You’ll work closely with Culinary, Transportation Leadership, Meals Drivers, clients, and care managers to ensure the Meals on Wheels program operates efficiently and provides exceptional service to the community.
Pay: Starting at $14/hr
Schedule: Part Time. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 5am - 2pm.
Location: Berkeley Square
Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Licenses or other required certifications: Must maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle liability insurance and a good driving record that meets the standards of Partner’s In Prime’s vehicle insurance standards.
Experience: Entry level, no experience required.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: Time management and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities is a must. Accurate typing and computer knowledge. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good knowledge of various computer hardware and software programs including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to pass basic math competency testing. Participate in promoting and maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Promote positive image of Partner’s In Prime within the community.
