Job summary

Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency, Inc. is seeking a Meals on Wheels Program Specialist in Cadillac.

The role supports the Senior Nutrition department across Wexford and Missaukee counties, handling client service, administrative and financial tasks, and assisting with meal preparation and delivery as needed. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from home-delivered clients, supporting Congregate sites, processing payables and deposits, and aiding fundraising and outreach

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from home-delivered meal clients, complete intakes, manage client changes and referrals.
Provide support for Congregate luncheon sites and kitchen meal preparation as needed.
Process payables and deposits; assist with fundraising and grant administration.
Back-up driver for home-delivered and congregate meals with safety checks and empathy.
Ensure compliance with program standards and maintain accurate records.
