Homage Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Meals on Wheels Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure high-quality nutrition services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

You will oversee meal delivery coordination, client services, and on-site leadership Tue–Fri, while developing SOPs, ensuring contract and grant compliance, and driving program improvements. This role is essential to budget targets and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences; proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.
• Washington State Food Handler’s card required.
• Experience coordinating staff and volunteers in service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, gerontology, public health, human services or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, and support Meals on Wheels staff and volunteers.
• Oversee daily operations including meal delivery coordination and client services.
• Maintain on-site leadership during delivery days (Tue–Fri).
• Develop SOPs and ensure contract/grant compliance.
• Coordinate budget input and monitor financial targets.
• Address client concerns and provide service improvements.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and drivers for seamless support.
• Other duties as assigned.
