Job summary

Sonar is seeking a Major Account Manager for the MEA region to drive growth with our enterprise customers. This remote UAE-based role will manage strategic accounts, develop expanded relationships, and close upgrades across Sonar products.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to renewal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline management. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a B2B SaaS sales role with enterprise focus.
• Proven track record in building and managing C-level relationships.
• Experience selling to Middle East/MEA market and large enterprises.
• Strong account planning, prospecting, and pipeline development.
• Fluent written and spoken English; effective executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned major accounts.
• Establish minimum requirements with customers and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Onboard customers across their journey with Sonar solutions.
• Develop champions and manage expansion within accounts.
• Size and quote software license needs and negotiate upgrades.
• Engage via phone, email, video, and on-site meetings when needed.
• Support ABM marketing with customer-focused campaigns.
• Share best practices and contribute to sales team growth.
• Maintain accurate SFDC data and forecast pipeline.
• Utilize Salesforce for daily activity tracking and forecasting.
