Job summary

ALLO Communications LLC in Omaha seeks an MDU Account Executive to drive ROE sales and expand the fiber internet, TV, and Voice offerings within MDUs. You will generate leads, build relationships, negotiate rights of entry with property owners, HOAs, and management companies, and guide opportunities from prospecting to close.

You will routinely engage with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction, stay current on industry trends, and travel within the network area as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications sales or a similar field is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional customer service skills.
• Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure and fiber services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellence in MDU ROE sales development and drives performance in the MDU sales disciplines.
• Consistently drives sales targets and revenue for the MDU division.
• Actively prospect and generate leads for new MDU opportunities in the assigned network area.
• Present and promote ALLO’s fiber services to potential customers and communicate benefits.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions for customers.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline and manage the sales process from contact to close.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to meet targets and ensure satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and stay updated on fiber developments.
• Coordinate with construction and operations teams to enable network builds.
