Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers in 50+ door MDU properties through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services within assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to policy and follow through to ensure issues are resolved.
• Accurately document dispositions, sales orders, and reporting per quality control guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities and inform supervisor of changes in programs or offers.
• Attend sales meetings and training, applying feedback to improve results.
