Job summary

C Spire is seeking a Fiber Sales Executive for Non-Bulk MDU assignments in Ridgeland, MS. You will drive subscriber growth by building relationships with property managers, leasing teams, and HOA representatives, while executing targeted marketing to boost awareness and sales within assigned MDU communities.

You will manage the sales process from initial contact through installation, maintain accurate CRM data, monitor market trends, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Support teams

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in telecommunications, broadband, wireless, tech, or property-related sales.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with property managers and HOA reps.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential fiber sales within assigned MDU communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, leasing teams, and HOA representatives.
• Lead community outreach events, resident programs, and targeted marketing to drive awareness and sales.
• Qualify and convert new customers using consultative selling while maintaining pipeline.
• Guide customers from engagement to installation scheduling for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records, forecast, and market intel in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure sales success.
