Job summary

Armstrong Group is seeking a hands-on MDU & HOA Partnership Manager to grow on-site presence with property managers, HOAs, and developers. You will drive growth through the MDU Playbook, nurture resident relations, and coordinate with GMs for strategic opportunities.

You will manage local marketing efforts, events, sponsorships, and community outreach while ensuring brand standards and ROI. Travel across the system is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant marketing, community engagement, or account management experience.
• Telecommunications industry experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel 25% or more throughout your system footprint.
• Availability for nights and weekends to support resident events or PR opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, recurring engagement with property managers, leasing teams, HOAs, and local developers; maintain a structured visit cadence and documented notes.
• Track property changes (ownership, management, lease expirations) and proactively initiate conversations to protect and grow Armstrong’s footprint.
• Serve as a visible, accessible point of contact for both leasing staff and residents; ensure business cards and contact details are easy to find.
• Coordinate with the GM, ABS Account Executive, and local project coordinator on priority properties and opportunities requiring local leadership involvement.
• Drive growth in MDUs including new construction and unserved properties via the MDU Playbook.
• Maximize penetration in MDUs utilizing protect and growth tactics.
• Surface opportunities and competitive risks related to Marketing Exclusivity Agreements; ensure Armstrong’s seat at the table.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with existing agreements in partnership with Field Operations, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory and Legal partners.
• Coordinate resident events, signage, welcome kit placement, seasonal touchpoints, and co-marketing opportunities with property teams.
• Assist leasing offices and residents with online ordering, package selection, and service setup; support activation initiatives.
