Armstrong Group in Rising Sun, MD is hiring a Community Engagement Manager to build and sustain relationships with MDUs, HOAs, leasing teams, and local developers. You will drive growth on-site, coordinate resident events, and ensure consistent brand presence across properties.

You will partner with the GM, ABS Account Executive, and local project coordinator on priority properties, competitive threats, and opportunities requiring local leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing, community engagement, or account management experience.
• Telecommunications industry experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel 25% or more throughout your system footprint and availability for nights and weekends to support events.

Responsabilidades

• Own MDU & HOA relationships with property managers, leasing teams, HOAs, and local developers.
• Drive growth in MDUs including new construction and unserved properties using the MDU Playbook.
• Coordinate resident events, signage, welcome kit placement, and co-marketing opportunities with property teams.
• Represent Armstrong at chamber events, parades, festivals, and civic engagements to raise visibility.
