Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive, MDU, to identify prospects, build relationships, and secure bulk service agreements within multi-dwelling unit communities. You will navigate with property managers, developers, and boards to expand Ezee Fiber's footprint.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with 3–5 years in related roles and comfort traveling within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in fiber/telecom.
• Proven ability negotiating and closing deals with stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and establish new MDU agreements.
• Meet sales quotas through lead generation, presentations, and contracts.
• Deliver presentations to property managers, boards, developers, and decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals and RFP responses with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with legal to draft contracts reflecting negotiated terms.
• Coordinate with marketing and events for demos and community tours.
• Represent Ezee Fiber at events and in community launches.
• Travel up to 40% to project sites and meetings.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends.
