Vyve Broadband is seeking an MDU Account Manager to identify, develop, and close MDU sales opportunities across a defined US territory. The role reports to the MDU Sales Manager and focuses on executing sales strategies, building long-term relationships with property managers, HOAs, and developers, and driving revenue through bulk and ROE agreements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in MDU, B2B, or commercial sales in telecom/tech.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Execute MDU sales strategy to meet revenue and penetration goals.
• Identify and prospect MDU owners, developers, PMCs, and HOAs.
• Lead negotiations for bulk services and ROE agreements.
• Build relationships with managers, HOAs, owners, and developers.
• Develop tailored proposals with basic ROI considerations.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Constructions, Operations to scope deals.
• Maintain pipeline and Salesforce updates.
• Communicate forecasts and results to Leadership.
• Travel within territory ~25%+.
