Job summary

Metronet in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Bulk MDU Account Executive to lead selling and managing bulk MDU efforts, maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives. Remote options are available, and occasional travel up to 50% is required.

You will develop targeted sales plans, secure easement agreements with developers, oversee launches and renewals of internet, Wi‑Fi and telephony at properties, forecast revenue with cross‑functional teams, travel as needed, and partner across departments

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business, or related experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts for residential property management or real estate development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to grow commercial customers in private MDU properties/communities.
• Develop targeted sales plans and research territories to identify Bulk MDUs served by competitors.
• Coordinate with developers to secure easement agreements.
• Manage launches/renewals of internet, Wi-Fi and telephony at properties.
• Forecast revenue and budgets, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts for maximum impact.
