Job summary

MARIONVALLEY in in Marion, Ohio seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the facility’s resident assessment program, ensuring MDS and PDPM guidelines are followed and the plan of care is accurate and timely.

You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, train new MDS coordinators, monitor QM/QASP performance, schedule and document assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state standards.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and state nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Proficient with MDS/PDPM processes and deadlines.
• Strong data analysis and staff training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility's resident assessment program to ensure MDS, PDPM, and care plans are completed per guidelines.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary participation and timely execution of MDS for new admissions and ongoing residents.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new coordinators and staff.
• Monitor QM and QASP performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all resident care information.
