Job summary

The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a seasoned full-time in-person MDS Coordinator for an in-person role in Dorchester, MA. Our compassionate staff will welcome you to join our team and work with them to provide top of the line care to our residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered LPN or RN State License and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least two years of MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility.
• Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs.
• Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows.
