Job summary

The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a seasoned MDS Coordinator to oversee Medicare MDS processes and ensure accurate RAI completion. You will work with a compassionate nursing team to provide high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and a nursing degree; at least two years of MDS experience is preferred. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered LPN or RN State License
• CPR certification required
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
• Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
• Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
