Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Quincy, MA seeks a full-time in-person MDS Coordinator to join our compassionate team in delivering high-quality resident care. The role focuses on accurate MDS/RAI completion and collaboration with nursing staff to support Medicare residents.

Requirements include a valid RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and nursing degree. At least two years of MDS experience is preferred; this in-person position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and benefits
