Job summary

Regalcare in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to join our interdisciplinary team and ensure accurate resident assessments under federal and state regulations.

You will oversee assessment schedules, coordinate care plans, transmit MDS data to the MA Department of Health, and educate shifts on MDS processes. A MA-licensed RN or LPN with at least one year of MDS experience is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed MA RN or LPN required.
• At least 1 year of MDS Coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare PPS and OBRA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident assessments per Federal and State regulations.
• Establish and manage assessment schedules for timely completion.
• Transmit assessments to the State of Massachusetts Department of Health.
