Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the completion of the resident assessment instrument in accordance with current Federal and State regulations; you will ensure compliance during assessment and care planning, and you will schedule and track all assessments to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.

The role involves transmitting weekly assessments to CMS, reviewing results, making corrections, coordinating the care plan per regulatory

Competenze

• Must be an experienced nurse with extensive knowledge in MDS.
• Familiarity with Federal and State regulations governing MDS processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to coordinate assessments and care plans.

Mansioni

• Oversee completion of the resident assessment instrument per Federal and State regulations.
• Transmit assessments weekly to CMS and review results for corrections to ensure timeliness.
