Job summary

Lansdowne Village seeks an experienced MDS Coordinator (RN or LPN) to ensure accurate MDS data, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, lead staff training, and manage assessments within the MDS department to support OBRA, PPS, and Medicaid timing.

The role requires Missouri licensure, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with MDS and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• MDS experience preferred; willing to train.
• Current Missouri RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand RAI process and regulations (Federal/State).
• Coordinate MDS/Case Mix data collection with referrals.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing on documentation and risk assessments.
• Lead training on RAI, ADL documentation, and coding guidelines.
• Manage MDS department activities and scheduling of assessments.
• Monitor CMS/Medicaid reports and ensure timely actions.
