Lansdowne Village in Missouri seeks a skilled MDS Coordinator (RN or LPN) to lead the RAI process, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the nursing team to optimize resident care and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Missouri RN or LPN license.
• MDS experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• CPR certification and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RAI/MDS process in accordance with OBRA, Medicare PPS, and state requirements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure timely nursing documentation and risk assessments.
• Prepare and submit ADRs/Revenue Audits and monitor quality measures.
• Provide ongoing training on RAI, ADL documentation, and coding guidelines.
• Maintain accurate MDS sections and ensure individualized care plans.
